Modern Leasing Platform Launch

Overview

Overview

SuddenlySpaces, a PropTech startup by Goshen Technologies, needed a pre-launch website to generate early access signups from property owners and operators before their official platform launch. The challenge was creating a compelling coming soon experience that not only builds anticipation but actively converts visitors into qualified leads through a multi-location claiming system. I designed and developed a clean, minimalist Framer website with strategic messaging, a seamless signup flow, and an innovative multi-location form that allows property managers to claim up to 10 addresses for priority onboarding.

Challenge

Challenge

SuddenlySpaces needed to validate market interest and build a qualified waitlist before investing in full platform development. Traditional coming soon pages lack engagement and don't capture enough information to prioritize onboarding. The site needed to convince property operators to commit time filling out detailed location information despite having no product to show yet, while maintaining a professional image that reflects the innovation they're promising in the space management industry.

Solution

Solution

Value-First Messaging Architecture: Structured the homepage around clear benefit statements rather than features, leading with "A simpler model for modern leasing" and "One address. One fee. Unlimited spaces." Used concise, jargon-free copy to immediately communicate the core value proposition. The architecture atrium imagery reinforces professionalism and scale, while "Built for residential, commercial, coworking, and flexible environments" establishes broad market applicability without overwhelming visitors.

Progressive Signup Flow with Low Friction: Designed a two-page signup experience that balances information collection with conversion optimization. The initial "Claim Your Space" page requests minimal information (business name, address, contact details) with prominent "No payment required" messaging to reduce hesitation. The "Claim Multiple Locations" page serves power users managing portfolios, with an elegant address addition system (up to 10 locations) and a helpful overflow option ("Email us for more") that maintains flexibility without complicating the interface.

Trust-Building Through Transparency: Emphasized "Early Access Only. No Payment Required" throughout the experience to eliminate financial risk concerns. Included "Early access is open for property owners and operators" in the footer to clearly define the target audience. Added opt-in checkbox for marketing communications with respectful language ("We respect your inbox and will never spam") that builds trust while maintaining GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance. The Goshen Technologies copyright grounds the startup in an established parent company.
